How does it work?
We believe custom jewellery should feel special — not overwhelming. Here’s how the process works:
1. Apply
Fill out the short form below to tell us a bit about what you’re looking for. We review every enquiry personally.
2. Design
Consultation
If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a relaxed (and commitment-free) consultation to talk through ideas, materials, and timelines. You’ll receive a proposal and quote tailored to your vision.
3. Final Design & Craftsmanship
Once you’re happy, we’ll finalise your design and begin crafting your piece with one of our trusted UK goldsmiths. Most pieces are completed within 8–12 weeks.
